LED fogs

Hey all,

so, I concluded that the fogs on the 10 mz3gt are next to useless, and I am thinking about replacing the bulbs with white LEDs, any suggestions on a product that can work for this?

any help would be awesome,

Are you thinking of a LED bulb? If you are it will probably be more useless cause those are dimmer then stock halogens.

well considering that it is not possible to turn them on without turning on the HIDs, i consider any light there useless in actual fog. I am just looking for a colour emanating from that area that is a closer match to the stock HIDs, for the looks

so just get HID fogs...they can be useful in two ways..adding to the cosmetic look of your car AND because they are non projected then can spread more light across the road without blinding other drivers..even tho that may be wrong because i think mine do blind other ppl lol

I had some led ones. They only illuminate the housings, at least the stock ones shine a couple of feet. I have HID bulbs as well but I know they throw to much glare so taking them out.

ive had led bulbs in my fogs....if your lookking for function...they give you negative function....ifyour looking for color match...they are perfect

I am considering switching the front bumper to the speed3 bumper (according to my local dealer this is possible, i haven't asked on a price yet) so the HIDs sounds like a good idea.

would this require a new harness, etc, or can i just throw in some bulbs? I also remember reading somewhere that the nissan maxima's projectors kinda fit in that area with a little work.

^^HID for Fogs is plug and play, piece of cake.

I would say go HID and make them functional
