The new Renault livery reminds me of the days of Jordan and the buzzing hornets theme.

I've read that most cars will have extended their wheel bases by 15cm compared to their 2009 cars because of the new fuel regulations. So far I think the new Mercedes MGP-W01 is the nicest car so far. Quite a few are pretty horrific to look at...especially the Sauber and the Renault!

i don't get the FIA and their no fuel rule, but despite their attempts to keep F1 from being the hands down best sport in the world i still absolutely can't wait for the season to get started

Neither do I...but at the same time, it'll be interesting to see how that plays out during the season.

I used to like how a team could screw up qualifying and then come up with a great fuel stop strategy and exact lap times needed to come out ahead of their competitors, taking that away is a big mistake in my book

No doubt. Wasn't that MS's win one race? He did a 4 stopper to win or something? Still will be interesting to see how it plays out.

yes he had to do 20 qualifying laps in a row and came out just ahead, it was an amazing race

Don't forget about the other kink in the rule book which was just approved. The top 10 qualifiers must start the race on the tires that they qualify with. So while you're qualifying with fumes in the tank and it would be fastest to run on the soft rubber, having to start the race with those same tires and full fuel would kill those tires pretty quickly.
