Just noticed this over the past week.
Steering wheel seems to shake at 80km/h. Crazy after 100, 110. Gets my hand a workout.
I know, balance your tires, but my car has 10k on it....
It can be balancing this early?
It occurred randomly. Was driving fine, then just noticed as I was on the highway earlier in the week.

this happens to me a few times a winter. yes it could be a lost weight but for me its usually snpow build up on the inside of the rim. it builds up and throws the balance. all i do is stop at a gas station and push and blow the snow out of the rims with the tire pump air. or take it to a 3 dollar was. thats just my:.2c

I'll take a look on the inside of the rim. See if anything comes out.

it could be the build up of snow like stated above or it could be a bent rim it is very possible

mine was doing tht just recently. it was a combination of an imbalanced tire and bent rim (potholes).

If you hit a pot hole or something it could throw the tire weight off, so yes you may need a balance already. You should do a balance with every oil change actually, if you really want to make your Mazda last. All that shaking can really take a toll on your suspension. I'd bring it to your mechanic to be safe

Brought it in. Bent rim, wow, wasn't expecting that.
Got a replacement steel, in and out in 30mins. Not bad considering I had to wait for the rim ha.
Stupid city construction -.-
