2011 Mazda2 Interior Photos Released

I was asked to photo shoot the global release of the interior of the 2011 North American Mazda2. Up until now, the Mazda2 going on the autoshow tour all had dark tints and locked doors which kept the media and pubic wonder what the interior was like.

Mazda had flown in one of the first pre-production North American spec Mazda2 the day before the photo shoot and I got to spend the day with it.

dont like how there is not arm rest for when ur shifting grears dont like the steering wheel....

I would never get one becuase of that... other than that they are amazing lil cars :(

Well since no one else has done so........ Eric a huge congrats on getting to officially shoot the interior release photos! I don't know what else you're up to these days, so maybe you have other shoots which are more prestigious to you, but to me this is a BIG DEAL.

OR you guys holding too much expectation on the Mazda 2? It is a low entry level car, which is the same as Yaris and Versa....What's wrong if they looks similar or similar quality? lol

With all the hype built up around the Mazda2, I thought it would be leaps and bounds above the competitors. However, if you think about what it is, it's not bad.

Haha...that's exactly what it looks like on my '69 Malibu except mine is all metallic and shiny =P

The whole center stack looks kinda dated (design wise)
I think the FIT sport interior looks better
