Dropped my 3 off on monday to get the abs light checked. Worked with Neville, and he was a very nice guy. the guy who worked on my car was also nice i think his name was joe. he contacted me right after he found the deal with my car. no complaints in the service deopt.
I dealt with kenny and i think paul in parts. both very nice guys and they know there stuff. bought many of parts off them and they were always nice.

yes, Neville is a good guy to deal with. I had the steering pump go on me at vaughan mills, he took care of me very well. I havnt seen him my last service or two though. My only irk was at my 24,000km service the last time. I noted that my steering wheel would stutter braking from higher speeds on the highway, the service manager at the time fixed the problem no problems. The issue went away, however, whatever work they did on the front brakes, I think just the left side now squeaks when coming to a stop. I think they machined some component down. I feel I have to replace my brakes soon then later now. Although I am not sure they two events are at all connected, the light squal started right after however.

^^^I agree. John is going to run that place out of business. How he is still employed there is beyond me. I've been taking my car there for years for all service since I bought my vehicle and will NEVER EVER step foot in that place again (mainly) b/c of him. It's so bad I am considering going to OMVIC and filing a claim. Someone needs to teach Prima a lesson that you still need to respect your clientele after they've made the purchase and have walked out the door. Treating them like bags of sh1t doesn't fly.

Print this out and take it to the HAWT receptionist!

Had my wiper motor go, Neville again took care of me with 5 star service, made sure everything was good, kept on top of everything, even handled a rental for me while the car was kept in for service citing for safety. If you are waiting to speak to anyone in service for anything, ask to speak to Neville in my opinion.
