Hi All

This is my first post on the site. Look forward to speaking/meeting all of you.. I'm a relative car newbie from Pickering but am slowly building up my skills (I recently installed High Beam HIDs on my own).

I have a few issues with my 2009 Mazda 3 GX Sedan that I would like to throw out there to see if any experts can help me solve my problems.

Anyway - here are my issues.

1 - Vibration/Wooshing noise when travelling over 40 Km/H. It's hard to explain the exact noise but I feel like it's coming from one of the tires. Is this possible? I recently had my 40 K service done at Ajax Mazda and they balanced the tires....since then this vibration/noise while driving has occured.

2 - Rough loud noise while letting up on gas pedal. I have an automatic with tiptronic, and I find whenever I'm going over 50 km/h and slow up a bit on the gas - it makes some type of odd noise that sounds rough... but once i accelerate again this noise goes away.

Whoever can lend a hand....greatly appreciated! Thank you all in advance for the warm welcome.

Brendan

Have you had an aligment done? Your Wooshing noise might be the tires..uneven wear do to bad aligment..

You should get it done....i had 30,000km on my car when my tires got wreacked...i ended up replacing my tires after the one tire blow casue i couldn't take the wooshing sound anymore
