hats off to the service dept of northwood mazda for being patient with me. gave me a good deal with alignment with my camber kit. now i hit a roadkill amd carnage stuck under the car an they took the car in to get cleaned. thanx to jason from the service dept. i appreciate the patience.

great place to have service done for sure....maybe they just need to keep a BBQ next to someone's tool box...just wheel it out of a service bay at lunchtime for some fresh meat! LOL!

i have never had luck with northwood in the last two years since i got the car new... sales was great but servicec and parts not so much. But its nice to hear that u have. i will say that jason tho is a great guy and does do a gret job.

I had the opposite experience, great in the service department, but the sales....not so good. I must say though, it was one guy who ruined it for me totally.
