Clutch clicking and ``springy`` noise.

Sometimes when the weather gets warmer. THis happened to me last summer as well, but goes away. Whenever I press the clutch pedal I get a spring type noise and the clutch clicks as I press the pedal down. Two questions: Why does this come and go? Why does this happen? I checked forums. People say that their whole assembly was replaced. My clutch works fine. Others had a release bearing replaced. Any suggestions.

Might be your release bearing. I had mine replaced twice and it still made the noise. I just live with it now and overpower the sound with my music

I drove the car and today the clicking and sound went away.

yee i had the clutch click when it was pressed and i turned the wheel left and right, replaced it with an exedy and no more problems
