2010 Mazda3 HB Dome light problem! HELP!!

Alright, so I was installing LEDs in my front maps, dome and license plate lights and I ran into a problem... When installing the LED in the rear dome light I accidentally removed the housing unit (not just the lens) because I did not want to damage the lens and there wasn't much space to get a flat head in there. Anyway so now the whole thing is just dangling and I can't seem to get it back in. There are no problems with the electrical, I would just like the unit back in securely. The unit has metal "clips" on both side and there is a plastic piece up in the ceiling above the material but it isn't secured to anything and tends to slide around stopping me from getting the housing back up in there. If anyone has any idea how to do this I would appreciate it!

When I took out the fixture I couldn't get it back in because the piece of plastic in the roof that holds it is not bolted to anything so when I tried to push the housing back into it, it just popped up. I noticed someone else had this problem on another forum and he said he put his hand through the sunroof slot and just held it down, so that's what I did.

Sorry but i have same problem now and i need your help. How did you fix it? Can you help me?

lol i also have this problem, cant seem to figure out how to get the housing secured to the roof lining.
