Hey all,
I just picked up my Titanium 06 Sport GT from them yesterday (after much delay on my side). I had a great experience and the car is MINT. I knew it probably needed rear pads, but I'm almost sure (98%) that pads and rotors were done all around! very good, I didn't expect that.

AJAx MAZDA is the worst dealership ever.....we hate the service dept cos the woman named kim who has been employed since 2002 at ajax mazda is giving them a very bad reputation , kim is extremely lazy and wont ever try and help the customer nor would she be of any service to their patrons, we bought a mazda suv from ajax mazda had a lot of issues with the sales staff and eventually called ajax mazda service for recalls. the woman kim from service dept answered and said she cant find any recalls on cx-9 and that she will access the mazda recalls on her computer when she is free, is she that retarded that she didnt realise that cx -9 had a major recalll ........how the hell has she been working for ajax mazda for so many years she has to be fired, WE immediately hung up and called another mazda dealer and the service manager was extremely polite and courteous with a lot of customer service innuendo they helped us get an appointment to fix the recalls without BULLSHITTING US and asking us to call back when they are free.......WTF is wrong with ajax mazda and kim has always been a lazy woman and has no clue about motor mechanics or service of cars period. when kim cannot answer your technical questions she just bullshits the clients, she is such a dumass idiot thinks we can be bullshitted with her monkey ass pranks by avoiding questions and hanging up on clients.

wow I didnt' even see the reply this got way back then, and a rant from someone with only 2 posts? seriously?
I dunno who this "Kim" is, but maybe it was at their old location? There was only a young'un at the desk when I bought my 3. If he had such an issue, why didn't he bring it up with the GenMgr, instead of hiding behind the interweb??

I got mine as of 2 weeks ago, 05 Mazda3 GS, 158k on it, everything is fine with it now. I had the engine light come on after 2 days, took it back, zero fuss, redid the fuse box and cleaned out some corrosion around the wiring, new battery, new brakes, full tank, and a cleaning after it was taken in. If you do have any problems at all don't hesitate to ask for Brad or Rob, they're both great to deal with.

I have been dealing with ajax mazda for awhile now and i have nothing but good things to say about their service dept. I live in downtown toronto and i'm willing to drive all the way out to them to have my car serviced there so that should speak volumes about the trust I have in them to work on my car. As for the comments about kim by the other poster, she is the complete opposite of what your describing. Every time i'm in, I find that She is the one that seems to help me out. She does what she can to resolve any issues I may have and she DOES take the time to look up any recalls for my car ( without me asking ). The other reason I go there is because the tech. that I deal with is top notch ( steve ) He's the only one that works on my car ( other then jimmy ) and kim doesnt have a problem with me requesting that. I would recommend ajax to anyone as I have been to other dealerships and have finally settled on them. Just my 2 cents
