This May, some big name star- and their cars- will be coming to our area. This year, 120 prestigious and often, celebrity owned, vehicles will commence their 3000 mile journey in London, England on May 1 and will travel to Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Stockholm. Cars and drivers will be airlifted to Boston, where the rally will proceed north to Quebec City, and will then arrive in Bloor-Yorkville on Thursday, May 6th. Early the following morning, on its 7th day, the rally proceeds to the final destination in Times Square, New York City.
This event is certain to draw huge media attention to our area, and we expect thousands of people to come out and view some of the most amazing and exotic cars in the world.
The variety will be endless, from Aston Martins, Rolls Royces, Lamborghinis and Ferraris to American muscle cars and souped-up SUVs, eco-friendly hybrids, and some fully customized models, which have never been seen before
This year’s Rally will include skateboarding legend Tony Hawk, rappers Xhibit and Eve, actors/entertainers Idris Elba and Jade Jagger, European rock stars and Middle Eastern Sheiks, plus many others who enjoy `Rich and Famous` lifestyles will participate in this year`s rally!
