View Full Version : Noob asking question about HID and foglights

Hey guys,

I was just wondering, if you install regular yellow bulb for foglights and an HID kit for ur headlamp (6000K) would the HID be too bright and cover up the fog light yellow? which combination would be best, lie both HID or one HID and one just regular?

another thing is, there is alot of different HID kits, is there a particular brand thats better than another? Im looking for a fairly cheap one (100ish)...not those crazy Philips ones

this also might be stupid but if i change the low beam should I also change the high beam? cause i think i read the HID kit only comes with two bulb i assume those are for low beam?

I dont no who I should buy it from and who to find to install it either...if any one have recommendation it would greatly help. (please include price of service too)

yup you can do HID low beam and just reg yellow fog light bulbs

we have them instock with full warranty if you are interested

we can do a special combo price with installation too with our installation shop =)

come by to check them out if you are interested

we can light them up to see which color you like best also =)

I have a 2007 Mazda 3 GS. I am looking for fog lights non HID, however I do not want the round lights I would perfer the head light to match with the rectangle fog light placement on the bumber. Is this doable? what would the cost be with installation.

Forgot to mention it is a sedan.

I can find the rectangle folg lights bu they for hatchback only.

You would just replace the bulb, not the fixture, so you would still have the rectangular fog light fixture.
