Agree on the move of cutting Daley. Daley's excuse that he didn't hear the bell is BS. The sport does not need antics after the bell continuing. As for Kimbo, UFC has yet to officially cut him. Would not surprise me for them to keep him, because he still draws, and would not want a large draw going to a competing organization.

Ya I doubt Dana would have cut him if the whole Strikeforce fiasco didn't happen recently. He wanted to stand by his words and make an example out of Daley.....

Plus out of a strategic standpoint Daley had only ruined gatekeepers at best in the UFC (Kampman, Hazelett), he is just popular because he had been destroying them. Dana knows that if Kos did that to him, Fitch would manhandle him too, and Alves has better striking. So really who would he fight next if Dana kept him? He's too one dimensional, the entire world saw it when Shields did basically the same thing to him in Elite XC, and hasn't changed since.

Good riddance....

And Shogun finally got Justice!! I met him last year in Montreal the afternoon before he KO'd Chuck. It was funny me and a buddy were at a pub on the patio at like noon, and a van cab pulls up, Shogun, Ninja, Mazzagatti, and crew get out and come in to eat. Very nice guy, spoke to them for a bit, took photos. Poor ninja....always living in his bro's shadow lol

SHOGUN SHOGUN SHOGUN.. I've followed him since his Pride days from when he fought in Bushido til he won the middleweight GP.. Those Chute boxe guys always work diligently to get back to their feet.. I don't see anybody containing a healthy injury free shogun on the ground.

Yes, Daley's move was bush league. When a one trick pony like Daley concentrates on landing the one big shot instead of TAKEDOWN DEFENSE against a wrestler like Kos, he should have nobody to blame but himself. Kos admitted he whispered some really nasty stuff to Daley while they were both on the ground near the ending minute of the fight which lead to the altercation. Skillwise, I like Kos because I can respect a wrestler that can KO guys, BUT he is such an @$$. In fact, he is so much of an @$$, that even Daleys scumbag move didn't draw any sympathy or win any fans for Koscheck.. haha

One Trick Ponies don't last in the UFC ----> Houston Alexander, Kimbo Slice, Paul Daley, Soukoudjou, even Thiago Silva.

Dana White was enraged. He cut Daley during the post fight press conference.. He said he didn't care if Daley went on to ko everybody and become #1 p4p, we'll never ever see him in the UFC again. Finally props to Miragliotta for manhandling Daley afterwards because he's using a walking circus clown.
Dana also gave Kimbo props and that he went further than he had expected and that he truly took his opportunity seriously and tried to improve but pushing 40 with 2 shot knees, I'm afraid he's a pushover for anybody that can last longer than 2 mins. This is :( considering I've warmed up to Kimbo recently.

Disappointed in Cote and Stout.. Stout had a chance to finish had he gone back to the leg kicks at the end of the fight.. He stunned his opponent and was mauling him but they both scrambled back to their feet and Stout should have chopped him down with kicks again.
If you saw the Cote fight, he got dropped right onto his face which stunned him enough for Belcher to get his back and get the rear naked choke. Bad night for Canadians that ppv.

PS, Kimbo almost got triangled by meathead... TRIANGED?!?!... hahahaha and then stole meathead's airtime during his post fight interview by plugging the City of Montreal so they would go crazy and forget about his embarrassing performance.

Ninja had his chances in Pride but always showed up out of shape. In fact, when he entered the HW tourney, he gained weight by just eating Portuguese bbq.. I think its called Charascurra or something like that... haah Then he gassed and got KO'ed hard.

kimbo should be banned for being SO BAD, man i though that guy was gonna make the UFC a little more interesting.
