I was driving on Yonge today up around Steeles and noticed this car beside me that had some HORRIBLY low tread...uh, actually there wasn't ANY tread. The rim was also smashed up like crazy. The rear wheels still has some tread on them but this was beyond bad. I'm surprised the tire still held air and hasn't blown yet.

Nope, but all of the rims were exactly the same. They looked like winters on the back for sure. The fronts were just gone!

That is a temporary spare... not a worn winter tire/rim.

Thats what happens when you drive for a few months on a temp spare.
