I heard this on the radio a couple of days ago and now its on Yahoo news.

Basically its 4 guys going around following people after they have made an ATM withdrawal.
One guy with a bottle of feces squirts you with it.
Another guy points it out that you've got feces on you.
Another guy comes and helps clean it up
While you are distracted, they steal your shit (pun intended) while you are covered in shit.

Supposedly they operate around the downtown area

They are still out there and haven't been apprehended yet.
