Alternatives to Downtown Mazda service dept?

I just bought a new Mazda 3. I work close by to Downtown Mazda, but from everything I've read here, I'm a bit hesitant to bring my car in there for service. What other dealers are nearby that area, and what kinds of experiences have people had with the service department?

I live & work downtown. Took my car to Gyro Mazda for oil changes. Hard to screw-up a simple service so they are good enough. I don't think Downtown Mazda can handle oil changes; not sure what they do there.

I would have to say I know that Downtown Mazda is trying to turn things around and always have been pleasant but my last experience there left me with the feeling their service people do not have the general knowlage of doing the right job. I still have an issue with my AM radio on my new Mazda 3 and don't want to take it back because every time i do something else is done to the car.
