Hey guys, I'd appreciate the help. I have a 6 month old 2010 Mazda 3 and when I drive over a bump when going over approx. 40 km/h there's a short HISS sound on the front driver-side wheel. It's only this one wheel when drving over a bump and when going more than 40/50 KM/h. The "hissing" sound is almost as if air is being ejected from the tire except I know that's not happening. Any idea what this could be? Has anyone else had this before? Thanks for your help!....

If it is a slight "TIST" sound, it is your struts making noise, and it is normal. They are gas charged I believe.
Try it on a speed bump at very low speed too.. Nothing to worry about.

If I go over a bump driving slowly then no I don't hear anything, but why would I only heae it on 1 wheel and not the others?

You're probably hearing the shock that you are closest to. Try sitting in the passenger seat (with someone else driving :) ) and have a listen.

I get this sound, but its from my lca bushings. The sound is there becuase of the design and the fact that the bushing is liquid filled.

it definitely is most likely the gas struts. check for markings on them
