Ajax Mazda - AWESOME experience!

I just brought home my 2010 Mazda 3 GX hatchback from Ajax Mazda.

Service was awesome right from the get go. No issues. No runarounds. Staff was very friendly. When I was doing the deal with the car, my sales guy threw in some extra's and I didn't even have to ask! There was no pressure at all! Hats off to him!!! I will definitely refer anyone who wants to buy a Mazda to Ajax.

Now - let's hope the great service continues!

Congratulations on your purchase. Unfortunately I didn't buy my mazda from Ajax Mazda. However I currently take it there for service. The service is GREAT. I try my best to only deal with Kim. She is very knowledgeable and is really helpful. Special thanks goes out to Kim @ ajax mazda service and the service department.

Ajax Mazda is the best....what ever you do...NEVER and i mean NEVER go to Whitby...they tried to tell me adding a Cold air intake voids my warranty....idiots

Don't know if this is applicable but I Bought a used Vw from them in 2004 and I had the best sale experience with salesman even thought i low balled him, and had great experience with Finance Manager Donna Matthews who even gave an extra key-fob from VW!! bought extended warranty with Guaranteed Purchase Return if did not use it $300 option which she recommended due to my mechanical background. Received $2100 back 3yrs later!! I just wished I bought my SPEED3 2010 form them and lived in Ajax not in Mississauga!!
P.S still have the Bettle and is running strong had more major problems with my new VW and none with a 2nd hand one??

Just got my 05 GS Hatchback from them on Saturday. Hands down the nicest people I've ever dealt with. I was dealing with Rob and Brad the whole time and within an hour I had a car picked right out, test driven, and checked over myself. Scheduled an inspection with my own mechanic and they sent someone to drive the car from their dealership to him in Scarborough. Everything checked out, got a beautiful car for a great price. Very little pressure, no hassle whatsoever. Definitely recommended to anyone in the East End.
