This is simply priceless, I can't believe the owners have left it dormant for so long. It has so much potential.

The entire atrium was sealed up due to building code violations and over time, people just forgot about it ( or just plain died).
It looks like the entire building is going to be fully restored and used as a hotel. If they do a loft/condo conversion, I'll be all over that.

Nvm, found some other sites with pictures. What a gorgeous building. Hopefully it gets restored to its former splendour and put to good use!
