hi guys; I recently purchased a set of LED bubs for my tails but obviously they are blinkering faster than normal, all I'm asking is if any of you know of a local place (Hamilton-Mississauga-Toronto) that sell these because all I can find is internet vendors that don't stock these locally and ship within 2-5 days . thanks for your help.

You can buy high-wattage resistors as Sayal in Mississauga (Matheson & Dixie). You would need to attach your own leads, and be a bit creative if you need mounting plates. (For the mounting places, you could get an electrical box [type used for light switches] and take it apart... sides are held on by screws are nice flat plates of the right size.)

That sounds like a good alternative althouhg in the end it might end up taking me the same 5 days to get it done as if I order em online but I did call sayal in Burlington and they said they have some but not the value I asked for; 6 Ohm 25-50watts.

Partsplaza has them. I've dealt with them before for my own purchases and ran gb's through them. They ship quickly and the owner seems pretty decent.

Got it, thanks to Noisy Crow and Jason for their input.
Found the resistors at a Hamilton electronics store called Nutech electronics (http://nutechelectronics.com/), for anyone looking for this I think this is the best bang for the buck, they didn't carry the ones I was looking for (6 Ohm, 50Watts) but they have 5.1 Ohms 25 Watts and they work perfectly and I got them for less than 7 bucks tax in, the cheapest I found online were $14 something.
All I had to do was attached some wire to each end of the resistors and then connect it to the wires that go to the bulb socket. See pics.
