Loud Rattling Rear Doors

Hey guys hope you can help me I searched and nobody has a fix except take it to the dealer but my warrenty just finished at the beginning of this month,

Im getting a loud rattling noise from the rear doors a month after i installed aftermarket speakers, if im outside of the car and push on the door handle it seems to subside, anyone know what is creating this noise from experience, Im about to pull the panels off because its so loud in the car.

I get rattling in my doors with the stock system, have been holding off a bit on upgrading because of this. You could possibly Dynomat your doors which should help out a bit. Overall I think the Mazda 3 just has light, cheaper door panels then most other cars.

Check your speaker install! Make sure the connectors are secure and can't flop around, make sure that nothing is interfering etc.
