Hi Guys.
I've searched for a bit and cant really seem to find the answer. Im sorry if there is a thread that I didn't find.
I was unfortunate enough last Sat to get my very first flat in my 14ish years of driving.
I was out in Vaughan and happen to run over a 1inch piece of metal and it tore my driver side rear tire. I was fortunate that I happen to be pulling into a McDonalds at the time and was able to safely change the tire in the parking lot.
Got the spare on and we were actually on our way to a very important function out in Brantford. Talk about the worst timing. So we very slowly made it out to Brantford and back only doing 80-100km/hr.
While in Vaughan we stopped by a few tire places to see if they could do a quick patch or tire rep, but no luck.
And most places dont carry my General Exclaim UHP's.
So, Its been in the garage since Sat Night... and Im waiting on a tire place to get the tires in... can I still drive around on the spare for a bit? I know its best to change ASAP.. but its looking my like next monday before I get real time to head back to the shop and swap tires?
My driving will mainly be to work downtown from scarb and around the city doing usual errands. No long distance or significant speed or highway driving will be done.
