Front bumper coming loose

Hey guys, there is a similar thread about this without answer:

I'm having what I think may be the same problem. Here is a picture:

Anyone have a solution that is inexpensive? Seems like it shouldn't be a hard fix, but I am by no means a wrench head so I'm not sure what my best course of action may be. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
