I'm looking at some rims that are 18x8.5, 5x114.3. They are offering me some options for offsets, which should I go with to be completely flush with the fender (fender rolls of course)?

25, 30, 40, 47, or 52mm offset? I'm assuming 47?

I'm running a 45 offset on an 18*8.5, and am just short of flush. 40 might work well, but not sure how that will work with your springs.

Im running 50+ offset on my oem fd rims... you can see it stick out from the back.

Thats aggressive for oem.

I would take pics but back on d2s...

40 or 47.. almost inclined to say go with 47 and then if you need lower adjust with spacers.

Easier to push out then bring in

is it possible to make oem speed6 rims sit flush with spacers?

18x7 55 offset?

you would need big time spacers and to extend the lugs. The offset is high, and the rim at 7" is narrow. Doable...maybe...safe....maybe...expensive...very.
