Do I need to get this checked out? Car creaks/squeaks when...

Say I'm entering my car and sitting down, I guess the weight causes the car to make a squeaking noise?

I've tested it by opening my door, standing on the ledge of the car and somewhat jumping up and down lightly lol and it always makes a creaking noise.

Is this a big issue to be concerned of?

what year car? could be a suspension component making the noise. In my experience, it could be the front/rear sway bar bushings.

Seems to be coming from the back I believe. its a loudddddddd creaking noise when you apply pressure

correction: loud kinda of echo-ing creaking hollow noise if that makes sense

it could be your back shocks or springs. i say put it up on a hoist to see if anything is leaking or loose.

maybe if u make a video with the sound. we could help you better.
