Personally I wouldn't go with either. If you plan on keeping your car buy a good set of tires.

+1 ! I'd never buy Motomaster SE tires again. They totally suck. The only reason why I cheaped out on the tires was because my alignment f-ed up both my front tires and a nail ended up in the sidewall of one of my tires. So I replaced both of the fronts with Motomaster SE tires.
Doesn't even compare to the Toyo tires I used to have on. I'm never mixing tires ever again and never cheaping out on tires ever again.
Same prob here, my gf was driving my car last night, she got a flat and kept on driving without noticing, ended up ripping right through the sidewalls. And alignment destroyed my other tires. I had the alignment dont today but they said id need new tires.. I guess ill go down to a real tire store other than CT then :) Reviews werent bad on the Se motomasters, but i thought id get some other opinions
Thanks..

Looking for fuzion tires.
affordable tire but great for daily driven vehicles.
For a tire that is made by bridgestone, its a great value. Better then Motormaster or Nexum shit

Yea, stay away from Motomaster. Prices may look low, but once you factor in the price of balancing, its not a great deal.

to be fair, ive been working at Canadian tire for a long time now, and we havent had many problems with the SE's/AW's/LXR (now discontinued)/
the new SE's have a new agressive tread pattern too.
plus, you can buy a warranty for the tire for $6, and that covers everything, free replacement. but then again, we do that for every time we sell.
my parents have had SE's for a couple years now, and they havent had any problems with em.

Yeah, I had Motomaster SE on my old Corolla. They worked okay for regular driving. I wouldn't take them to track day, but for any regular commuting they were solid.

Just remember that crappy tire charged for balancing. In their ad they list all the things that are included - but it's missing balancing ($12/ea?)

Read tire reviews on caranddriver, or tirerack. NOT just user reviews, reviews where quantitative measures are done have the most merit.
