Take one Wollensak 35mm F5.0 Cine-Velostigmat hand cranked cinema camera lens ( circa 1908)

modify the mount to fit a Canon 5D like so:

Search Noct Nikkor on Canon 5d (or similar body) for more interesting lens swaps in google. This particular one is neat because of the age of the lens, but in terms of result, those don't blow me away...

Well what were you expecting from a lens made with at least century-old technology?
I'm sure one can duplicate the effects with some photo editor but that would be entirely subjective to the person who is doing the mods.
