Hello everyone,
just wanted to inform you all that I had a great experience at Avante Mazda purchasing my 2010 speed 3. Went in to the dealer not really looking to buy but see how affordable this car could be. I was in the showroom for about 5 minutes looking at a speed 3 and was courteously asked by one of the sales reps if I was interested in the vehicle. I told her that if it works with my budget I would deffinatly consider it. We sat down talked some numbers and they looked very affordable. I told her that if my insurance would co-operate I would be back to take the process to the next level. Sureley enough I was back the next day. My car was appraised all the paper work was filled out the sales rep and business manager found me every and all rebates they could possibly find extended warranty was added to the deal. The business manager explained the whole process to me and what had to be done to make sure the deal would go over quickly and smoothly. It required some leg work but it did get dealt with and by mid next week I was in my new ride and loving it. The only little mishap that had happened was the wheel lock key was missing. I called up my sales rep and she took care of the situation right away by replacing my wheel lock set on the vehicle. I would deffinatly recomend the dealer to anyone that is interested in buying a car. It was a pleasure dealing with the dealer
