Don't think there is one. Its electronically handled - at least thats what the mechanic at Mazda of Brampton told me.

yeah mazda uses a fly-by-wire system to control the throttle. There is no direct linkage between your pedal and the trottle body. the input goes through the computer system and dsc, and traction control computer and then sends the signal for the butterflies to open, and how far to open etc.
You're probably looking to "adjust" it because of the lag you feel in the response. there are a few things you can do about that:
1) get used to it
2) some people think grounding the throttle body helps with response
3) An SRI and/or exhaust system (lets the air in/out faster once the computer decides to open up the throttle)
4) A sprint booster, which remaps the way the throttle input is read by the system

new 2011 mazda 3 sport 6sp.
i find trying to rev at 1500-1800 the hardest thing to do with this electronic system. the slightest movement with the gas pedal either results in nothing (idle rpm) or the rev continues to climb, beyond 1800 to 2000+ (lag?) this makes my start gears 1 and 2 extremely rough and i dont want to rev gear 1 over 2000 rpms everytime to start moving
any suggestions to have a smoother gear 1/2?

grounding the throttle body does help, i did it on my 2005 2.0l and i noticed a difference with the responce.
