Took my car in because my turbo started smoking. I don't think I've ever been to a better Mazda dealership.
The service is amazing, the lounge area is awesome, the people who work there are great. Hats off to QEW Mazda for having a nice, new clean facility and the service area is amazing.
Anyways they changed my oil and did a carbon clean?? (Can't remember if that's what John called it or the exact term) and washed my car and cleaned the rims.
Best experience I've ever had at a Mazda dealer.. to bad all Mazda dealers weren't like this. I'll definitely be going to QEW Mazda going forward for all warranty related issues.
P.S - This didn't stop my turbo from smoking, John said to bring the car back in, so I'm going back next week.

Well QEW Mazda has hands down the best facility and employees, I've ever met at any Mazda dealer.
My 2007 MS3 has a smoking turbo, I took it in for a second appointment (this is after they did the oil change and something else) since it was still smoking, they opened a ticket with Mazda Canada to get authorization to replace the turbo, they got the green light and John from customer service called me this morning to let me know it was approved and that the turbo has arrived.
I'll be taking my MS3 in next week to get the new turbo installed.
I'm psyched to get the new turbo installed.. finally no more white smoke!! :)

so i have been trying to book a service appointment with vincent @ mazda toronto for past 2 weeks but the man has been ridiculously busy. we have been playing phone tag. so i figured i would give qew mazda a shot since its closer. should i talk to anyone specific in service to get great customer service? Let me know

Yup this place takes the cake.
UPdate: I'm dropping my car off today to get the turbo replaced, I was told it would take up to a week to finish, so I'll be stuck with a rental, but hey it's a car while get my new turbo installed :D
