Anyone wanting to do a HUP in the same boat as me?

They have butchered this launch WORSE then the iPhone4 launch!

Been calling all morning and its a constant run around...

BTW this isnt a "iPhone4 sucks, BB blows, or Android is gay" thread, its more of how horrible Rogers launch is.

Their service is good, just their customer skills are horrible. Not as bad as Bell, oh god i'll never go to them again...lol

the entire rogers system is terrible that's why there is always problems with billing and services. think of jenga blocks. as time goes by they add more and more to the tower which just gets more and more unstable.

I had a billing issue a couple of weeks ago and the CSR admitted that it was a "mess", while trying to figure out what I owe. lol

I'm cancelling my cable asap. Anyone has a good suggestion where I can get Sat/Cable/OVA for cheap.

Sadly, Rogers is the better one out of all the communication companies in Ontario. If I lived in Quebec, I'd be with Videotron for all my services...

I dunnoooo, as far as cell phone service goes I had more problems with Rogers than I do with Telus. The reception always sucked and the billing was always messed up. Even now my digital cable is effed, I've had a few techs try to fix it and none of them can figure it out so they just keep giving me free movies to make up for it.

Useless. I wonder how Telus TV is out in BC. I don't care what anyone says Telus is a great company, their shit works and their customer service is way more tolerable than Rogers.

Telus was great, the only reason I switched back to rogers was because Telus was not getting the iPhone3G at the time, and didn't have any comparable phones or data plans.

I got amazing reception with Telus (of course, the fact that I had a Nokia helped too).

i've had perks too. but it's the employees who F**K up your bill and cause more headaches.
the best i had before was that i signed on for a 4 month free internet promo. i bundled my internet and cell into 1 bill. i ended up getting my cell service for 4 months free too... hahaha.

that was sweet.

Are they getting you for the data plan and goodies etc. ? There is always a catch. The best type of business is when they can keep charging you monthly for a service. Gotta think of one of those types of services. Hmmmm
