$10 inactive fee on Visa from BNS

Ever hear of an inactivity fee of $10 on a Visa card? Well i got that fee from the Bank of Nova Scotia. I always use my Mastercard so haven't used it for a year or so. Just thinking of cancelling my Visa card.

Cancel - get a PC Mastercard. Free groceries FTW. Oh and $0/year fees.

Most companies now just cancel your inactive card after a year

That fee is just a cash grab. Cancel the card or argue that with BNS, if you're a value customer they would easily reverse the charge for you. There are plenty of credit cards issuers out there that want your business.
