Discounts at Dealer with TM3 Plates

I got my TM3 plate covers a couple of months ago. I have an oil change coming up at a dealership in about 3 weeks. I was hoping to get a discount at the dealership on parts and labour for my oil change but I read from another post that we can't get a discount on regular service menu items.

So my question is what kind of work or parts did you get a discount on at a dealership because you had the TM3 platecovers?

How about changing from all-seasons to winter tires with steelies? I will be doing both the oil change and changing tires in a few weeks.

Also interested in stories of members getting discounts and for what service or part.

I think u can get a discount on the oil filter and gasket when u get your oil changes done. But i cant recall anymore as I no longer get my changes done from the dealership

For discounts at the dealer, you will need the TM3 licence plate covers (or decal:chuckle) available from moderator SFW or you can pick them up like I did at Agincourt Mazda.

For discounts with the sponsors, this would not be necessary. Just tell them you are a member or PM them or give them your TM3 name and you get the TM3 rate. Welcome.

Bought wheel covers at Avante Mazda and got a discount. The parts guy on the phone mentioned they were already at a discount but I still got further discount of about 10%. Didn't really ask to see my TM3 plate covers or decals but did ask for my forum name. I said I was SFW. Just kidding I know they know you.

For the record, i had a major service completed at Oakvile Mazda (24/48/72..etc) and i got 15% off because of TM3 plates. mind you this was way back last year. Not sure if anything has changed since then. But no one will discount the regular oil changes
