ATF CHANGE HELP!

wanting to change my atf. hasnt been done yet
its regular now, i want to put mobil 1 synth atf
i know where it drains and all, but what do i do? how much do i put?
i know theres some type of other stuff to do when switchin from reg to synth

all the help would be great, pics too.. thanks! :D

1)jack the car up make sure it is jacked up evenly on all 4 corners.
2)Remove the splash shield.
3)Drain the fluid out of the trans.
**NOTE Their will be 2 plugs on the tranny one further up as the breather/filler(mtx trans) plug and one at the bottom of the trans as the drain plug.**
Please not their will be 2 seperate procedures for mtx and atx

4a)mannual transmission
4b)lock up the drain plug but NOT the filler plug.
4c)Find a hose with a pump to get the fluid in to the trans. Fill until fluid starts flowing out from the filler hole. Lock up the filler plug.
4e) leave the vehicle on jack stands and start vehicle. let it run until at operating temperature. When warm remove the filler screw for the transmission and see if fluid isflowing out. If not then add fluid to the trans until it starts flowing out
4f)Tighten filler plug Turn off car
4g)Reinstall lower splash shield (lube up the bolts to prevent from siezing)
4h)Take car off of jackstands and you are now good to go

5a)Automatic transmission
5b)lock up both drain and filler plugs
5c)Reinstall lower splash shield (lube up the bolts to prevent from siezing)
5d)open hood of car. Their you will see a dipstick for the transmission fluid.
5e)Fill the transmission with a funnel through the dipstick tube. Fill in increments of 1L at a time and after every 1L use the dipstick to check the level
5f)when at full/max line start the car let it warm up to operating temperature and recheck the level. fill as necesary
5g)you are now ready to drive off
