Hyper Yellow Highs/DRL + Fogs

I'm thinking about changing both the high beams and fogs in my 3 to nokya hyper yellow, or something else under 3000k colour temp. I don't think I'll get hassled by cops since I'll obviously be switching my high beam off when I see other vehicles. I'm sure others have done this but I'd like opinions on it, or even photos.
I saw somewhere that they reccomend heavy duty harnesses with the nokya bulbs... do you guys agree?
Right now I'm running stock bulbs in both locations and have 6000k HID lows.

I use to run hyper yellow as DRLs, but i switched to LED bulbs cuz I think the hyper yellow are too hot for drl since it's on all the time. But I have a 2005, and I use my fog as DRL, don't know if it can be related.

That's my current setup right now and I'm not hassled by cops. I've past by many cops already and it should be ok. It's technically not illegal because there are no overlays on the headlights. Check out how it looks at my page.
