issues with my clutch!!!!

so ive been reading up on people having issues with their clutch pedal squealing, mine doesn't squeal it make a humming noise. This only happens after ive been in traffic for a bit (bumper to bumper) and when you let the clutch out it makes this humming noise just as the clutch disengages and i feel it in the steering wheel and the pedal ..the revs don't drop it just makes this noise that you know something is wrong. Now i do not ride the clutch what so ever but this only started to happen recently and i have 122,000 on the car. Anyone think this humming noise is signs that i may need to replace the clutch?

also this only happens in first gear starting.

Wait, so it makes a noise or it also vibrates the steering wheel and the clutch?

I am not an expert, but maybe its a transmission mount?

its while im disengaging the clutch in first gear, it will make like a humming noise and the car will vibrate slightly and same with the pedal and wheel..
