It's got its ups and downs.
I'd love to win money for driving, I could picture myself driving around and around and around and around the block.
On the downside.... it'd take me for ever because i'd be going the speed limit.

it looks like a pretty slow residental area anyways so doing the speed limit shouldnt be that hard. I think its cool but in all honesty dont think it would work.... the odds of winning money would be so small
