I typically use Carling Mazda. I haven't had my MZ3 for terribly long, but they've been good the times I've been in.

Was less impressed by Kanata Mazda, and even less so by Bank Street Mazda.

No opinion at the moment on Performance or Argus, although I've heard good things about Elite. (haven't been to any of these three)

Stay faaaaaaar away from Performance. It's fairly widely known that after they're finished servicing your vehicle, more often than not, they will just leave your keys IN the car.

The only good thing i like about Performance is they dont charge diagnostics fees if your under warranty. All other ottawa dealers will charge at least 1/2 hour for diagnostics. So even if you have a problem with your car and they cannot find it , or is not covered under warranty and you decide getting it fixed elsewhere, you dont get charged!

But you're still dealing with the ass wipes at Performance. I'd gladly pay so they don't even touch my car.

We live in Orleans and brought our M3 to Performance. Nothing but great service and friendly CS. No keys left in the car, they even reduced our bill once to a price quote they gave me over the phone as there was a communication error when we brought the car in. A $375 bill down to $135. They didn't make a stink about it either. We will be going back.
