first problem
when i start the car it takes a while for the fan to turn on. sometimes 2 minutes, sometimes 10 minutes. its very dangerous considering its -35 here. turning the fan knob doesn't help either. the engine being warm or cold doesn't matter, happens when its both. I've read a little bit about the relay might be at fault. any idea's are appreciated.

second problem
just started happening today. not sure if its related to the car stalling the other day for no reason. but while I'm driving the idle bounces from about 1250-1600 rpm and pulls while doing it. makes braking scary as I'm trying to stop and the car is lurching every time the rpm bounces. oh and no check engine light before, during or after.
here's 2 videos of it happening.

any help with either of these are very appreciated

okay i figured out the relay is shot, by swapping it with the starter one and the heat came on immediatly and the car wouldnt start then swapped them back and the heat didnt work and the car started

oh wow, i have the same thing happening to my car sometimes, now it kinda stopped, but during the summer when i was stopping in neutral my rpm would go up and down up down, i guess it could be dirty maf sensor not reading air properly. ummm in your case, does the car stall by it self ? if yes then you have a leak, check your purge selenoid valve (you can test it and replace it yourself). i had that broke on me and my car would stall randomly after w drive. besides that i have no clue what could it be. I had that too even after changing the valve. but now during winter it seems to be gone. maybe its just a dirty filter? it just looks like engine is lacking air. either that or its a vacumm leak.

Hope it helps.
