Since one doesn't really exist for Probart, here's my review.

I needed to do my 48,000 service and working in London during the week meant I needed to take the car to dealer in London.

Phoning in and getting the appointment was pretty much by the book which was great. They have the drive in centre where I was promptly taken in and gave my information. Kim was very nice and listened to what I wanted. Besides needing the service I've been having an issue with the stereo. One of the techs sat in the car with me and blamed my cable.....was not happy with that response, but he'd look at it. I was offered free coffee and tea in the waiting room.

The shuttle service driver was really nice and dropped me off on time. I was called when the car was done, though I had left the wheel lock at home in Toronto. I had to make another appointment in which Kim fitted me in with no problem. They had also found nothing wrong with the Bose system. Again the shuttle driver picked me up no problem.

I brought the car in the following week with the wheel lock and also mentioned that I had been in another MS3 (thanks Zoom Zoom) and with the same cable had no issue. I had also purchased a new cable just in case and the issue persisted.

Again everyone was great offered the free drinks and watched the flat screen in the waiting room. They were efficient in their work and everyone was really nice. The much younger mech that went over my car also had also found an issue with the stereo and had ordered the part under warranty.

Overall I'm very happy with the service that Probart offers.

I need to get my second service done soon and since I'm in London fairly often, I might as well give Probart a shot. Thanks for the review, I feel more comfortable going there now.

Guess I should finish this off.

Returned for the warranty work and used the shuttle service again. They were on-time, super nice when I came in and made the process very easy. Also had them install my rear Rally Armors which they did for a suprisingly cheap cost. Stereo sounds great now to boot.

Been going to Probart for my service work too. Got a 2010 GS with 31000 on it, so I have been there a few times. Can't complain!! Always nice and easy to deal with. Had my Bluetooth module replaced under warranty and they were great.
I recommend them!

Bought my first RX-7 back in 1979 from Jeff at Probart back when his dad owned. It's always been a class operation.

Been a while, but working back in London. Have gone back for oil changes at 92,000 and 97,000. Nice to see the service hasn't changed. Big thanks to Andrew, the Service Manager (Kim?) and the tech who worked on my car (both times).

Got a free snow brush as well!

Still good things to say. Bought some brake parts and the guys in parts were great and gave a bit of a discount to boot.

They have treated me well and did a good job on install of some aftermarket stuff. Hats off to Kim L. at the service department/service advisor for taking care of my Speeds and getting the mechanics working on my car some face time with me to go over what I expect and want done. I also purchased both my Speeds are Probart too.
