I just looked here:http://thechronicleherald.ca/12days/index.html and it works fine. Look slightly above the download itunes button, and there is a Grey/black button with an apple logo that says "get it free on itunes" .
Also make sure you disable any pop up blockers, as the windows open up in separate tabs.

so i wrote the support an email. turns out they are having issues with ppl using safari and chrome(what im using) so now its working. kind of stupid that an apple product isnt working on safari. but that dosent suprise me for some reason haha

So... run into a little issue...

I just attempted to finish downloading "One Week" today (from my Iphone using WIFI) and at 1.3gb almost done the estimated time for completion sky rockets..... so me being impatient I click pause than restart......... now all I get is "Error tap to retry" over and over again and it's eaten up the space on my phone. I can't locate the file because it hasn't processed it yet I can't seem to get it to work when I click retry it keeps giving me an error. I don't have a PC at home , and can't get Itunes at work. Any ideas what I should do? I've gone into the app store and now this lame movie is 9.99 and I don't want to pay for it . Do I suck up the loss of memory on my phone or what do I do? I've turned it off and turned it back on... logged in and out or Itunes and I’ve tried downloading other things that seemed to work but not the completed movie .... HELP
