Have tried these guys a couple of times with small jobs when their prices were comparable to other quality shops I've used and so far nothing but good to say about how I've been treated. Tried Kanata Mazda 1st but female service rep. there talked crazy-( if you use Krown we'll void your rust-through warranty, or Synthetic oil will ruin your engine). Zoom-zoom out the door! Had Carling Mazda do a Block Heater at about $130. Asked that they replace all the splash shield clips and bolts as well as a couple of missing front shield bolts- charged me about $5. labour and nothing for the parts. Then asked about bringing my own synthetic oil(German Castrol 0/30)- no problem. Bought the filter there, job done in less than 1hr.and on pick-up was told, "no charge, have a nice Christmas". Pretty hard to beat that. See Jack in service.

I went there to get a new licence plate fixture, and the guy at the service counter told me not to come back for service because it was expensive. He was just trying to help me out because he knew I had a limited budget and my car is out of warranty anyways. Still kinda funny though.
