Owned RX-7s starting in 1979 up until 1989 and have had a couple RX-8s in the last year. Bought a mint 2004 Corvette Z06 a while back which I absolutely love and is in like new condition. My wife decides she'd like an MS3 so we went in today and offered them a deal on the Z06 plus cash for their 3. Experience so far was extremely good as everyone treated us with respect and really went above and beyond to ensure we had all the info we needed and to get a VERY long test drive. The manager who has to sign off wasn't in today but for now I'd rate them extremely high in customer service and professionalism. Tomorrow when we hear from them may be a different matter and I will post an update once I hear back from them.

I have to start by saying why would you trade in a Corvette for a Mazda?? I bought my 2010 M3 Sport at Maple Mazda... very professional sales people, but like any car sales people they hide a lot of numbers in the price. I paid $1000.00 less than my buddy who has the same car but his in manuel transmission.

My wife wants an MS3 and placing ads on Kijiji and CL to trade hasn't produced results. I know every trick car dealers can play I've been buying cars for 35 years so we'll see what they do today. So far the experience with them has been just fine.

I have nothing but good things to say about Marie Lapresti (spelling?), the saleslady I dealt with when negotiating and ultimately buying a 2006 GT for a family friend.

I took my sister to get her 2010 there and I was very happy with the process and professionalism of the sales staff.

Yeah, Maria Lopresti is awesome. I purchased my 2010 GS hatch from her in August. VERY polite, professional and willing to accommodate. But yes, they are HORRIBLE about following up. I found that has a lot to do with Patrick the Sales Manager. When his signature is required, it takes ages for them to call you back. I had to call him multiple times to get answers to basic questions. Thank goodness he has some great staffers who offset his poor communication skills. Bill, the finance manager is a great guy too. And so far, the service department has been tops. Two thumbs up for Maple Mazda.

They are good pros :) but don't let them tinted ur car !!! it's a sad work and cost $400. But positive is I got my 2010 GT-E sport for $3000 less then it used to be :) maybe it's cuz I paid cash but it's not bad.
P.S. Top manager or maybe it's a president of maple Mazda is talking too much lol don't let him do it :) his mouth not a friend with his mind lol

Probably one of the best dealerships I've gone to. Layout, interior space and presentation is very nice. Not to mention, test driving around the Rutherford area is perfect as there is lots of road space and open parking lots. Bought my M3sport2011 about a month ago from a very nice gentlemen named Sam Awad. Great guy, cares about your decision and doesn't play any mind games. Also met some of the other staff there and they are all very good sales associates.
