Does anyone know if I can unlock a bell Iphone 3gs?

Hi guys,

I know you can unlock a rogers/fido iphone but I think I heard from some where that a Bell Iphone 3GS can not be unlocked. Is this true? I will be traveling to China in 3 weeks and I want to see if I can use my phone in China

As long as you can put a sim card in it you can unlock the phone a get a sim card from china
