Rust at rear, should I repaint?

Hi Guys,

I see my 2005 Mazda has some rust at the rear wheel area, reason might be I scratched my car a few weeks ago. How should I deal with this?

Should I get it repainted now in the winter or wait until spring?

Cover the rust with grease, and repaint before selling.

I'm not from the GTA so not sure what you guy's have up there, but MAKE SURE it's warrantied - that would be my first question to any shop.
