She's not suing because she fell into a fountain, but because the security footage was made public when it shouldn't be.

I fell... I fell in the fountain..... hahahahaha.
My questions is this: You clearly cannot make out who she is in that leaked video....so if she didn't try and sue, she would have been anonymous and not have any lasting repercussions from this event.... so.... on what grounds is she suing? Makes no sense....
Reminds me of this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2qTd2WLlE8k&feature=player_embedded

+1 wasn't she the one who confessed that it was her in the video? Had she not done that there would be no reason for "embarrassment".
Looks like she's been talking to a lawyer to take advantage of the situation or perhaps a lawyer contacted her to let her know that she can't let an opportunity like this slip by.

Still, I laugh at people who is walking and texting and some funny crap happens to them...
Like the girl who half fell down an open manhole.
This one falls into a fountain.
Then there's the really tragic ones... that makes me shake my head at how oblivious people are.

false
"Earlier this week ABC30 showed you video of a woman who mistakenly fell into the fountain at a Pennsylvania mall, because she was distracted by text messaging. Well now that woman is suing the mall for not helping her."
She'll probably win or get paid off too. Just like the girl who burned herself after buying Hot chocolate.

I agree. Will it possible to mall authorities to zoom it out so she can be identified? That must serve as a lesson to everybody! They should avoid texting so they might not get hurt then it would turned out to be as the mgt fault.

i thought she was suing for not only because the mall security didnt help her, but because there was no railing around the fountain.
we have one hell of a gem over on vwvortex. she posted a craigslist add for a $30k mk3 vr6 jetta
a few of the members emailed her, faking interest, and the snowball effect began. after she figured it out, she threatened us saying the FBI was onto us, and we're all getting a visit for hate crimes, harrasement, etc etc. HILARIOUS! HAHAH

yea man!
the woman insisted it was one of 2000 ever made, and since it had a "porsche" engine, and underwent over $20,000 in repairs, the $30,000 asking price was more than fair.
