Water in trunk.... where can i get this fixed?

I was recently hit from behind during a mild snowfall, i had the bumper repaired but i think the seal of my tail lights has been damaged. Water is getting into the spare tire area but none of the other parts of my trunk are wet. I have checked the trunk seal and it is in good working condition. So i think water is getting in from behind my tail lights.

I was wondering if this has happen to anyone else? And if so where did you take your 3 to get it fixed? Is this a expensive repair?

Where did you get your bumper fixed, they can't do the work?
Shouldn't this just be covered by insurance? They hit you from behind.
