Let's do this again... but with gas karts. Just not the same without the noise and smell of fuel in the air.

Went there a few weeks ago. I know a guy that works there and he said on Tuesdays the karts are way faster, to the point where if you don't break you may miss the turn.

If you know the guy, you'd be getting free races and a bump up in the max speed as well ;)
Milk him for more. Last I went, I was running at least a few settings faster than the rest of my group. Definitely needed to use brakes.

Haha, I had a boost in speed during one race. But the seats killed my back after 16 laps.

The karts there have 4 speed settings. The public speed setting is number 2, occasionally they will bump a group up to speed 3 if the skill and maturity are worthy of it. The 4th speed setting is strictly for their race leagues. It's insane. Throttle control is very much needed. I've tried following my brother around the track a few times but he just pulls away from me in the turns. It almost seems as if he's literally taking the turns flat out, even though in reality he's not.
