My 07' Mazda 3 has been giving me some A/C trouble. Every now and again I would get some funky noises coming from the fan. Sometimes the airflow would be reduced and sometimes it would stop. Than it would work for months without a hitch.
About a week ago it stopped blowing altogether. The compressor still works because I can hear it turn on and I can feel a bit of cold air. Just no fan when I turn the dial. Today I replaced the cabin filters :bang (whoever designed that little treat should be hanged) and still nothing.
Has anyone had this problem or possibly able to steer me in the right direction? Thank you.

It's not -15 in FL. You do know that 1/2 of Canada goes to FL during the winter months? =)

If your window fogs, use the a/c to get rid of it faster:)
I use a/c in the winter when the windows fog. But I only use it for approximately 1 min? then the fog is all gone.

It's a good idea to use A/C to get rid of the fog easier if you don't want to put the front vents on the defrost setting. But if you have the front vents on anything from feet alone (12 o-clock position) and to the right, it automatically turns on the A/C. So I'm pretty sure a lot of people are using A/C on in -15 weather if their windows fog up.

Hrmm, I know if a few other cars, if you put it onto the front vents, it automatically turns on AC without lighting up the AC light. Is this also true in the Mazda?

Yup. Or, at least after one year they stopped showing the light. I think up until that year, they still put on the A/C but showed the light. You can't turn it off, but it showed it was using A/C.
But Mazda went 1 step further as on the feet only setting, it still does a bit of vents to the front window and puts on the A/C.

because the "why are you using AC in winter" absurdity came out
it sounds to me either the fan motor is dying or the resistor is going out
those are the only two usual cases.... either way, it sounds like you need to get it checked out
