will 205/55/r17 work on stock rims?

Hello, Before i start i did find search but still unclear

I'm in need of new all season tires, and found Michelin 205/55/R17 for $70 bucks each. My stock rims are for 205/50/R17

I checked the calculators and found the % was at 3.1%

should i go for these ones or hold out untill i find the proper tire size?

those are a little big.

i'd wait out for the proper size, or look for 215/45R17's.
they're a more common size, so they should be a little bit cheaper.
